In politics as in physics, everying that goes up must come down. The Republican leadership should not make the classic political mistake
of assuming that because they are now ascendant that they will only
continue to rise.

The DNC petition against the "nuclear" option is available to sign for anyone who believes in the checks and balances our government has benefitted from for so many years.

Yes, the DNC is using it to build their mailing list and they'll gladly relieve you of any excess cash in your pockets. But hey, they already have my address, and once I pay down my credit cards I was already planning on sending a little more cash.

Right now, government is not working the way it ought to. Take every opportunity to push things back to the balance of power that protects the rights of all people now and in future generations.
